The new strain transducer model F9302 from tecsis measures tensile and compressive stresses that occur on solid components when subjected to very high loadings. Transducers that can be matched to the specific application are required in such cases. 

At the heart of the strain transducer is a 7mm thin-film sensor along with a temperature-compensated Wheatstone Bridge realized a long-term stability and high shock and vibration immunity. The Strain transducer will be screwed on the component. It has an integrated amplifier that can be easily adjusted by means of control signals. It can optionally be supplied with measuring range selection.

The low space requirement and simplicity of subsequent installation make it a transducer suitable for universal use in monitoring forces and loads. The Model F9302 is suitable for Injection moulding machines, Presses, Stamping machines, Embossing machines, Structural steelwork Construction machines and Vessel supports.
